the location worked well. the train station was close. the breakfast selection included many choices and the bar had reasonable prices for both food and drinks. my room was quite spacious.

I found the location excellent. It is close to everything on foot. A short walk of fifteen minutes took me downtown. The proximity to the train station was very convenient at just five minutes. I had an amazing view of the skyline from a high floor.

My room was too warm throughout my stay, not ideal. When I turned on the air conditioning. there was a significant leak. Water dripped, leaving a visible problem on the ceiling. I feel this issue needs resolving.

The room was quiet and very clean, a super comfortable bed was provided. The bathroom seemed quite big, which I liked. The room was really big enough for me. It had ample space.

The check out process happened at 12PM. This provided a great balance. I appreciated this time, it accommodated both late nighters and early risers. The staff members were kind. accommodating, and helpful.

My room offered a great cityscape view I could see the skyline from the window. The bed faced the window so you could enjoy the view. Plugs were conveniently located next to the bed. The bathroom featured good lighting and a modern design.

The hotel had no parking so I had to use a public garage nearby I found this inconvenient and costly. The hotel should provide clear parking information.

The room provided a great view from the 20th floor suite. It was really something. the hotel location allowed easy walking to the river main and many attractions. i liked that the minibar items were complimentary since we booked a suite. i found the late checkout time of 12pm very convenient.

i found the shower in the room not particularly appealing plus the shower curtain was dirty and showed mold

The included breakfast offered many choices. I especially liked the fresh juice maker. It even had vegetables. The hotel has great views of Frankfurt landmarks. The location suited me well. It was a short distance to the river and not far from the central station. My "Standard Double Room" was prepared early. I was thankful. I felt very tired from my flight. I appreciated being able to check in at 10:30 am.

The pillows were a bit too fluffy. I found it slightly uncomfortable.
